Return and Exchange Policy
We, Astreus Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 having CIN U93095PN2022PTC210157 and registered office at Plot No.16, Survey Number 112/1/2/3, Bhagwati Nagar, Baner, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411045 India (hereinafter to be referred as "Seetara”).
At Seetara, we want to ensure that our users are satisfied with their purchases. We have established a returns and exchange policy to facilitate smooth transactions and address any concerns our users may have. Please review the policy below for returns and exchanges of products purchased through our Online Portal:
1. Returns Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are applicable for products purchased through our Online Portal.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.
Valid Grounds for Returns:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The user has received the wrong product.
Process to Request a Return:
- The user must notify us of the return request within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
- Return requests must be sent to our customer care email at support@seetara.in, along with relevant details and supporting evidence (such as photographs of the damaged product).
Return Procedure:
- Upon receiving the return request, Seetara will review the case and determine eligibility for a return.
- If the return request is approved, Seetara will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, Seetara will process the refund within 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Exchange Policy:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are applicable for products purchased through our Online Portal.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.
Valid Grounds for Exchange:
- The user wishes to exchange the product for a different size or variant.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our Online Portal.
Process to Request an Exchange:
- The user must notify us of the exchange request within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
- Exchange requests must be sent to our customer care email at support@seetara.in, along with relevant details and the preferred replacement product.
Exchange Procedure:
- Upon receiving the exchange request, Seetara will review the case and determine eligibility for an exchange.
- If the exchange request is approved, Seetara will provide instructions for returning the original product and shipping the replacement product.
- Once the original product is received and inspected, Seetara will process the exchange and ship the replacement product within 3 business days.
Amendments to Refund Policy:
- Seetara reserves the right to amend or modify these refund policies at any time without prior notice.
- Users are encouraged to review the refund policies periodically for any updates or changes.
