We, Astreus Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 having CIN U93095PN2022PTC210157 and registered office at Plot No.16, Survey Number 112/1/2/3, Bhagwati Nagar, Baner, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411045 India (hereinafter to be referred as "Seetara”).

At Seetara, we aim to provide our users with high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have separate refund policies for products and services as outlined below:

1. Product Refunds:

Eligibility for Product Refund:

  • Product refunds are applicable only for purchases made through our Online Portal.
  • To be eligible for a product refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with all packaging intact.

Valid Grounds for Product Refund:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The user has received the wrong product.

Process to Request a Product Refund:

  • The user must notify us of the issue within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
  • Refund requests for products must be sent to our customer care email at support@seetara.in, along with relevant details and supporting evidence (such as photographs of the damaged product).

Product Refund Procedure:

  • Upon receiving the refund request, Seetara will review the case and determine eligibility for a refund.
  • If the refund request is approved, Seetara will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, Seetara will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Refunds for Services Provided:

Eligibility for Service Refund:

  • Service refunds are applicable for certain services provided by Seetara, such as live consultations with astrologers, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Valid Grounds for Service Refund:

  • The user experiences technical issues or errors preventing them from accessing or utilizing the service.

Process to Request a Service Refund:

  • The user must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of service delivery.
  • Refund requests for services must be sent to our customer care email at support@seetara.in, providing details of the issue faced and the reason for the refund request.

Service Refund Procedure:

  • Seetara will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the refund request is approved, Seetara will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Amendments to Refund Policy:

  • Seetara reserves the right to amend or modify these refund policies at any time without prior notice.
